Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Knakal Dealmakers Knetwork, hosted on the Skool platform and operated by Social Mastery VIP.

1Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Knakal Dealmakers Knetwork (the "Community") hosted on the Skool platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and the terms of Social Mastery VIP and Skool.com.

Note: If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or participate in the Community.

2Membership & Subscription

FeesMembership is a month-to-month subscription of $249 USD.

BillingYou will be billed automatically every 30 days from your join date.

CancellationsYou may cancel at any time through your Skool account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

No Long-Term ContractsThere are no minimum commitments beyond the current month paid.

3Intellectual Property — The Vault

The Knakal Dealmakers Knetwork provides access to proprietary training materials, including the Massey Knakal and BKREA training manuals, scripts, and templates ("Proprietary Content").

Limited LicenseYou are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for your personal professional development only.

ProhibitionsYou may not record live sessions, download and redistribute materials, or use the Proprietary Content to create a competing training or mentoring program.

Violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate termination of membership without refund and may result in legal action.

4Mentorship vs. Coaching

As stated on our landing page, this is a mentorship program, not a coaching program.

Bob Knakal provides insights based on his personal experience. He does not act as your fiduciary, manager, or personal business coach.
The Knetwork does not guarantee specific financial results or closed deals.
Success depends on your own implementation of the strategies and frameworks provided.

5SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive automated or AI-generated marketing and transactional messages from Bob Knakal and the Knakal Dealmakers Knetwork. Message frequency varies.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.

6Limitation of Liability

Bob Knakal, Social Mastery VIP, and their affiliates are not liable for any business decisions, lost commissions, or damages of any kind resulting from the use of the information, strategies, or guidance shared within the Knetwork.

Part 2

Community Policy — The Knetwork Rules

To maintain the standards of the group, all members are required to follow these rules. Violations may result in removal without refund.

1Professionalism First

We are a community of elite dealmakers. Treat every member with the respect you would show a client in a $100M closing. No harassment, hate speech, or derogatory comments of any kind.

2Confidentiality — The Locker Room Rule

What happens in the Knetwork stays in the Knetwork. During live AMAs and mentorship sessions, members may share sensitive deal details. Do not share other members' proprietary information or deal structures outside this group.

3No Leads Poaching or Spam

This is a place for mentorship and networking, not aggressive solicitation. Do not spam the feed with listings unless there is a dedicated thread for it. Do not DM members to pitch services unless they have invited the conversation.

4Mentorship Etiquette

During live sessions with Bob Knakal: keep questions concise and actionable. Be prepared. Bob values time management. Respect the Ask-Me-Anything format by being transparent and honest about your challenges.

5Zero Tolerance for Get-Rich-Quick Mentality

This group is for active professionals committed to building a repeatable, scalable business model. Promoting get-rich-quick schemes, crypto scams, or low-effort hustle culture content will result in an immediate ban.

6Active Participation

To get the most out of the $249/month investment, engage with the community. Like posts, answer questions from peers, and show up to the twice-monthly live mentorship sessions with Bob.

Privacy Policy Summary

This summary covers how your data is collected, used, and protected within the Knakal Dealmakers Knetwork.

Data Collection

We collect your name, email address, and phone number for the purposes of community access and marketing communications.

Data Usage

We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to facilitate your membership and improve the Knakal Dealmakers Knetwork experience.

Third-Party Tools

We use Skool for community hosting and GoHighLevel for communication and CRM. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for infrastructure-level data handling.
